If you are not fully happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
You can return your order to us by using your local postal service or a courier. We are based in Germany and currently don’t cover the cost of returns for our customers.
We highly recommend having this parcel sent back on a tracked service and retaining this tracking information so you can follow the parcel back to our warehouse.
